goCAMPUSing gives a parent the security of allowing their child to discover the opportunities that awaits him/her on a College Campus in a safe and enriching environment.
goCAMPUSing gives most students one of their first opportunities to feel the independence and responsibility that being in college will eventually give them. Traveling with their peers on a college tour broadens their horizons as they begin to realize what it takes to get into a college of their choice.
goCAMPUSing also gives parents and legal guardians the freedom to not have to schedule their lives around making dozens of college campus visits with their children; and saves travel, gas, and hotel expenses; just to get an idea of the size and kind of college they want to attend and the basic admissions process.
Many students come back from a goCAMPUSing tour and sit down with family members and have a mature discussion about college selection, improving their grades, tuition, and their future plans. Best of all they are eager to show everybody where they went and what colleges they hope to get into.
There are around 1,700 colleges in the United States, goCAMPUSing doesn’t visit them all. We have developed a series of tours within a region and visit the campuses of select representative college campuses to give students the “feel” of different colleges. A student can then begin to decide the short list of colleges they would like to visit WITH their parents and legal guardians, because those are the types or particular schools they want to apply to.
But it ALL begins by touring college campuses. So, please take the time to learn more about goCAMPUSing, our Campus Tours, our Staff, the experiences students have had on our College Tours, and visit the Frequently Asked Questions Page to answer some of your questions.
We look forward to having YOUR child on our next College Campus Tour.
